One of the biggest costs for a hairdressing student will be the ever-growing array of tools needed to carry out their training. In partnership with leading trade publication Hairdressers Journal, Salon Supplies is taking that burden away from five students with its Student Support Scheme.
The competition offers the five winners a fantastic free kit bag containing everything they will need to reach their full potential during their three years of training.
The kit will include:
• Wahl Super Taper worth £41.99
• Parlux Hairdryer worth £69.95
• Joewell SZ scissors worth £128
• Diva Session Straightener £69.99
• Denman Professional Styling Kit £55
The scheme is also supported by Habia, which will be providing free membership to the lucky winners, offering them some incredible training resources. If all this wasn’t enough, the winners will also be invited to a celebratory lunch with Salon Supplies and will be invited as special guests to Salon International 2014, the biggest event in the hairdressing calendar.
The competition is open to all students or juniors undertaking an NVQ-level course. To be in with a chance to win, students need to supply an image of their work that can be a cut, colour or updo. This must be accompanied by a maximum of 50 words on why they should win.
