It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us by telephone or e-mail with your order reference number if you do not receive your correct order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty within 48 hours.

Returns and refunds for Non Furniture/Non Bespoke and Non Hygiene-Related Items

We will have the goods returned to us and pay the costs of the return shipping (this does not apply to Furniture). If we do not receive notification within 48 hours, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you (this does not apply to Furniture).

If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered goods to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will also charge you an administration fee of 10% of the cost of your original order.

If, in our opinion, the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, with replacement goods or a refund for the total costs of the goods within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods provided you have complied with the provisions above.

When goods have been ordered in error or as not expected, a request must be made to Salon Supplies, within 48 hours of receipt of goods (this may not apply to Furniture). You will need to complete a returns form and return the item(s)within 30 days of your purchase. You can request a returns form via email, your delivery driver, Account Manger or in store. You can also return your goods by sending them back with your delivery driver, via a store, post (this will be at your own expense) or by giving them to your Account Manager with the completed return form.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Please note that all items of furniture are bespoke and made to order, and so we are unable to accept returns on these items, unless they are damaged or faulty.

Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less a 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will NOT be refunded.

Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.

Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal terms and conditions.

Special or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty. 


If you choose to return an item to Salon Supplies please allow 14 days for administration.

Returns and refunds for Furniture/Bespoke and Hygiene-Related Items

In the case of damaged goods on delivery, the course of action will be confirmed on a case by case basis. The item may be picked up and replaced by the manufacture, a repair-person may be sent to fix the item or replacement parts may be sent out etc.

In the case of unwanted items, they will need to be returned in their original packaging, there will be a collection fee or return shipping fee dependant on item and location and when you cancel the order. There will also be a 100% of sale value re-stocking fee for custom made items.

The cancellation of any order made prior to dispatch shall be subject to the following charges:

4 weeks or more prior to delivery date - 35% of sale value re-stocking fee
3 weeks or less prior to delivery date or any time after the goods have been delivered - 100% of sale value re-stocking fee
