Orders are dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the items ordered and where it is being shipped to. We aim to dispatch orders the same day the order is placed where possible if the order is placed before 2pm. If placed after 2pm then it will be sent out the next working day.
Extra charges may be applicable for furniture and all deliveries (especially those over 2kg) to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, etc. Please be aware we may not be able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or outside of the UK at this time. We reserve the right to charge extra for re-delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered to you. In some instances, any items not delivered to you will be held on backorder for you and shipped as soon as they become available. There will be no additional charge for this delivery and this will be agreed with you on purchase.
Please note any items not in stock at the time you order may be removed from your overall total but the rest of the order will be shipped unless a backorder has been confirmed.
Some exclusive items such as scissors and furniture (more information below) will be ordered straight from the supplier and then sent to you directly so delivery time frames may vary.
If your order is sent by DPD, after you order, DPD will send you an email or SMS confirming when your parcel is to be delivered – if you know you will be out then please use the ‘safe place’ option in this email to tell the courier what you would like done with your delivery. Alternatively you can opt for it to be left with a neighbour.
If for any reason, you miss the delivery, DPD will leave a note with details on how you can reschedule a delivery for another day.
Salon furniture will be quoted separately and delivery can be up to 3-16 weeks for customised items. EXPRESS, NEXT DAY and QUICK SHIP time frames are as per product description. Please note that times MAY VARY due to circumstances out of our control (COVID-19 factors, issues with the supplier, etc)
Goods will be sent from the manufacturer and delivery organised by them. Deliveries are carried out between 9am to 6pm and delivered kerbside. If a bespoke delivery is required (manual handling, etc) then please call us to discuss this on purchase as there will be an additional charge.
Delivery charges vary according to location and goods ordered; this will be confirmed after the receipt of the order.
