Call and Collect

Ordering over the phone and collecting in-store 1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0844 3356 121 with your Account Number to place an order over the phone. 2. Let them know you would like to collect your order and from which location. 3. Pay for and collect your items from your local branch 90 mins later. The cut off time for Call and Collect orders is 3:30pm. Any orders received after this will be available for collection from 9.00am the next working day. Our phone lines for Call and Collect orders will be open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm.

Click and Collect

Ordering online and collecting in-store 1. Place your order online at salonsupplies.co.uk and in your basket choose the 'Store Collection' of your nearest Salon Supplies cash and carry from the delivery drop-down options. 2. Click the 'Checkout' button and input your Account Number to pay for your order on arrival. You will also need to input an address of your choice as a back up in case you are unable to collect your order etc. 3. Pay for and collect your items from your local cash and carry branch 90 mins later. The cut off time for Click and Collect orders is 3:30pm. Any orders received after this will be available for collection from 9.00am the next working day. Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be available to pick up from the following Monday at 9:00am. Please be aware that Furniture and Scissors are not eligible for Call/Click and Collect as these items come straight from the supplier and are not kept in-branch. If you make a Call/Click and Collect order that contains these items we will need to cancel it. Please choose standard delivery at checkout or call our Customer Service Team on 0844 3356 121 to make orders on Furniture or Scissors.
