Our Pro Price Promise is designed to stop the hassle of splitting your orders across different suppliers in order to get the best deal. If you spot a better price elsewhere whether it’s on bleach, colour, tools, or any other essentials - simply bring that deal to us. We’ll match the competitor’s price wherever possible, so you can order everything you need in one basket, from one place, whilst paying the lowest price!
How to get a 'Pro Price Promise'
If you come across a lower price
If you happen to see a lower price on a product you want to order, simply check that we also stock the same item.
Make sure it’s from an approved wholesaler
We only price match products from the official wholesalers listed in our T's&Cs.
This is to ensure we’re matching genuine, professional products - not grey-market or counterfeit items sold at unusually low prices.
Send us the price
Contact us by phone (02380 227722), email (info@salonsupplies.co.uk) or present us in store with:
-The product name
-The competitor’s price
-Where you found it
This allows us to verify the offer.
We review & match where possible
Once we confirm the price, we’ll do our best to match it for you.
We add it to your order
If the price match is approved, we’ll simply add the product to your order at the matched price - so you can keep everything in one basket, with no need to place separate orders.
Terms & Conditions
We only accept price-match requests for products from the following authorised wholesalers:
Salons Direct, Ellisons, Alan Howard, Sally’s, Salon Services, Capital, Aston & Fincher, Ultimate Hair & Beauty, Trade Hair Supplies and Barkers.
We will not price match to any grey market wholesalers. Although they may be selling product at very low prices, there is no way to verify this product is legit and safe.
Our Pro Price Promise applies exclusively to branded products, eg Wella, Procare etc, that are stocked by Salon Supplies. It does not apply to Salon Supplies own-brand products. Furniture & ex display furniture are excluded from the Pro Price Promise.
While we will always make every effort to honour a valid price-match request, we are not obligated to match any price submitted. We reserve the right to maintain our listed prices where necessary.
Products purchased cannot be refunded and repurchased under the Pro Price Promise if a lower price is found after the original order has been placed.
Whilst we endeavour to match all brands, certain brands have greater limitations, including Danger Jones and Olaplex.
We can only match prices strictly for business to business orders for qualified or training hair and beauty professionals.
