Try Before You Buy Scissors

Our new Try Before You Buy scheme lets customers test up to six pairs of hairdressing scissors for just £15. Simply select the scissors you’d like to try on our website and we’ll send them directly to you.

You’ll have a week to use and compare the scissors, giving you the chance to experience different brands, styles, and price ranges in real working conditions. At the end of the trial period, simply return the scissors to us.

There is no obligation to purchase after the trial. This scheme is designed to help you make a confident, informed decision before committing to buying a new pair of scissors.

Step By Step Guide 

  1. Go to the 'Try Before You Buy' section on our website and choose which scissors you would like to trial. You can choose up to 6 pairs.

  2. Add your chosen scissors to the basket and check out. The cost of using the scheme is £15 regardless of the amount you choose to try.

  3. The scissors will be delivered to the address you inputted at checkout. Once delivered you will have 1 week to trial the scissors out.

  4. When it's time to return the scissors, simply pack them away in their box and envelope and we will arrange a DPD collection and use the return label given in the the parcel.

  5. Once the scissors are returned, they will be inspected. If any damage is found, the full list price of the affected scissors will be charged. Full price will also be charged for any scissors that are not returned.

  6. If all scissors are returned in good condition, you will receive a £15 off discount code to spend on any scissors over £100.
