Designed to give extra toning power whilst lightening on bases 3 to 7 with up to 8 levels of lift when mixed with BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+.

It can be mixed in varying concentrations to suit your needs on darker and lighter bases.

How to use

Mix in equal parts (1:1) with Schwarzkopf BLONDME Premium Developer.

Process for15–30 minutes.
