Indola Profession Blonde Expert Ultra Cool Booster is a neutralising additive designed to be mixed (1:30) with Indola Profession Blonde Expert Lightener.

It's suitable for use on natural base 7 and darker. On very dark bases, it provides a neutral, less greyish result to achieve the clean, light blonde that your clients are after.
