How to create this look...
1. Wash hair with Série Expert Shine Blonde shampoo, then lather, rinse and repeat if necessary
2. Condition hair with Série Expert Shine Blonde conditioner and then rinse
3. Blast hair with a hairdryer
4. Spray on Tecni.ART Pli to the roots and lengths of the hair. Pli works with heat and offers memory, grip and hold
5. Style hair with either rollers or heated curlers for tight, springy curls
Tip: Tuck hair under at the bottom for a softer finish
6. Once cooled remove rollers and scrunch curls
7. Tease the top layers out for a feathery finish
8. Apply Tecni.ART Liss Control to the roots to smoothdown fly aways
