Perfectly paired with the Perform perm lotion, this neutraliser completes all curling and waving techniques, ensuring durable and beautiful results. 

Available in a generous 1000ml size, it’s ideal for professional use, delivering consistent performance every time.

  1. Shampoo & pre-treatment
  2. Winding
  3. Perming lotion: Apply 3x on each rod. Let develop.
  4. Rinse for 3 minutes
  5. Neutralising: Pour 100ml in a bowl. apply 2/3 with a sponge. Let develop for 5 minutes
  6. Remove the rods and apply the remaining 1/3 neutraliser. Let develop 5 more minutes
  7. Rinse
  8. Stabilise and finish with post perm service
