The Clean Blonde Pre-Toning Primer uses Fudge's Copper Cleanse Technology to help remove the effects of hard water, including high levels of minerals and metal known as copper ions. These cause dulling, weight the hair down, and impact colour; especially on blonder hair. 

The Clean Blonde Pre-Toning Primer is designed to remove the build-up of colour distorting, dulling and damaging minerals from the hair when washed, leaving tresses stronger and healthier with a primed base for even toning.

Directions:

Spray liberally through dry hair from root to tip and leave on for 2 minutes before shampooing with Clean Blonde Damage Rewind Shampoo.
